Phil ran several different camps in Ontario before teaming back up with his dad at Knee Lake. For over ten years, he successfully oversaw the day to day operations of the resort, and it's airlines. After Knee Lake, Phil took over Reid's Birch Island Resort in Minaki, which he and his wife Liz-Anne operate to this day.  Having grown up at Knee Lake, their three children, Phil Jr., Brittany, and Ashley are typical Reids, who are addicted to the outdoors, and enjoy spending leisure time hanging out and fishing at their parents' resort.
